REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Ovrtal, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Note: Final sale items, intimates, and accessories (like earrings) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our support team at service@ovrtal.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), Ovrtal will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for a change of mind or sizing issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
